working hours will be shipped that day guaranteed. If your
order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped
the next working day. UK based orders are send via Royal Mail
1st class delivery and usually arrive within 1 to 2 working
days. However 5 working days should be allowed before contacting
us if your order has not arrived. European orders usually
arrive within 5 to 7 working days and international orders
usually arrive within 10 working days. SPECIAL DELIVERY ORDERS
ARE GUARANTEED TO ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY IF WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
BEFORE 4PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY (UK only). Payment by cheque with
your card number on the reverse is subject to the normal clearance
time. Occasionally, due to the huge amount of orders we receive
every day, an item may go out of stock temporarily. If this
should happen you will be notified of any delay and offered
